Redevelopment of Ropponmatsu (East and West Area)

Ropponmatsu was redeveloped to become new symbol of Fukuoka. All functions such as commerce, business, residence, education, culture, welfare etc. are gathering here. In 2017, a complex facility which has commercial facilities, Fukuoka City Science Museum, and Kyushu University Law School was completed in the west area and a residential building opened as well in the east area. We put lighting fixtures to make the flow of people clear. Also, we used nature and made spaces in which people can rest. We applied a wireless control system, so that lighting is changed automatically by time. Through all these designs, we created a comfortable atmosphere in this area.
